Getting to Sicily
Dimora delle Balze is located at SS287, 96017 Noto SR, Italy. We recommend flying into Catania International Airport (CTA) and staying in Ortigia, a small island in the historical centre of the city of Siracusa. The pre-wedding events will be held in Ortigia and transportation will be provided to and from Ortigia to the wedding venue on the wedding day and the brunch pool/hangout event on Sunday.
For those extending their travel or wishing to see more of the Sicily, there is a second international airport, Palermo Airport (PMO), located on the north of the island. Note that it is a 3+ hour drive from Palermo to Ortigia.
Transportation Options
Ortigia is approximately a 1-hour drive from the airport in Catania (CTA). For transportation from CTA to Ortigia, we recommend booking a taxi or a private car service from the airport. You can also rent a car at the airport. In addition, trains run frequently from CTA to Siracusa (the train station in Siracusa is a five minute taxi ride to Ortigia)

Car Rentals - Please note that some car rental companies (especially Europcar) will ask for an international driving permit. The permit can easily be obtained from an AAA office near you.
